It's been forever since I've been able to post on the the 3 Girl JAM blogs (and my own blog!).

Moving into a new house takes a lot of time and effort- but it is so worth it!

I made a super quick and simple card for the current Anything Goes (plus ribbon) Challenge using the cut and print feature on my Cameo.

I have lists upon lists in front of me at all times.  One would think, I would be "On The Ball" a little more than I was yesterday.  I inadvertently missed my scheduled posting day here at the 3 Girl JAM Challenge Blog.

The UP SIDE to my Blunder?

I was forced to stop everything I was doing and make some time to play in my craftroom!!

A midst all the exciting things that are in full swing with the Pinque Peacock Blog and the Pinque Peacock Shop, my crafting time for fun is few and far between.  So, I am thankful for the "push" of motivation Julie offered me to post for 3 Girl JAM today.

ON TO MY PROJECT

I have had this wonderful Digital Coloring Page from an artist I admire a lot.  It is called "Sapphire Night" by Carissa Rose Art.  She is so talented and self taught.  Quite an inspiration for any Newbie Artist that is trying their hand at dabbling in new forms of expression.  I happen to be lucky enough to own one of her Original Pieces along with some new Prints that I just recently added to my collection.

So, my card is a Tribute "Thank You" to Carissa, to let her know, Her Art makes me quite Happy!

The large and small flowers on my card are Elegant Florals which I have handmade using the Ever So WONDERFUL 3 Girl JAM Crinkle Ribbon.   The large flower is a Loop de Loop using Gold Crown and Dress White.  The small flower is a Pleated Petal using Sterling Silver.  I simply added a bit of Purple and Gold Ink to distress the ribbon a bit.  This ribbon has so many possibilities.  It really is a MUST HAVE for your Crafty Stash.  A little bit goes a long way, but I must warn you - IT'S SO DELIGHTFUL, many have been known to become Addicted!  Just Sayin'  LOL

"You Sweep Me Off My Feet"

3GJ Challenge No.18 Use A Digi With Ribbon

Hi Friends! Abby here with ScrappinAbby and I have another fun project to share with all of you using a digi image and some of the yummy 3GJ Crinkle Ribbon.

I chose to work with the Evanora digital image...

I chose to do some paper piecing with this digi image instead of coloring it as you would normally see. 

 I used some of the yummy Halloween Harvest crinkle ribbon for this tag. I love how it looks against the purple and green tones in the papers I used for the image. 

I thought the feathers were a fun touch to add to the image : )

She's a Darlin' Digi! Plus Ribbon, of course!

Welcome 3 Girl Jam fans! Julie O here today from Muddy Paws & Inky Fingers with a digi image and a card to share with you -- some inspiration for the digi plus ribbon challenge underway now.  The image is from Sassy Studio Designs, one of the sponsors of the current challenge.  I'm loving these fun, fun images!

 

 

Isn't she gorgeous?  Wow, did I ever look like that? Nah... I know for a fact I've never struck a pose like her.  Gotta love it!
